Paul Printiss developed his business background as an accountant in Pensacola, Florida. After graduating from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and passing the Certified Public Accountants exam in 1993, Paul was the Controller for the McMahon-Hadder Insurance group in Pensacola. While working for McMahon-Hadder Insurance, Paul received his General Lines Property and Casualty Agent license and served as the Escambia County liaison for the Florida Department of Insurance’s State Emergency Response Team. Paul joined T3 Metrocom, Inc., a national Telecommunications Construction company, as the company’s Chief Financial Officer in 1998. As the CFO for T3 Metrocom, Paul oversaw all aspects of the accounting and contractual activities associated with an average of $13 million in annual revenues in construction and construction management. In an effort to spend more time with his family, Paul left T3 Metrocom in 2002 to start T.O.P. Concrete Construction, Inc. in Gulf Breeze, Florida. T.O.P. Concrete Construction provided multiple facets of concrete construction including commercial and residential foundations, Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction, concrete block construction, and decorative concrete finishes. Paul passed the Florida exam for Certified Residential Builders in October of 2005.

Halley Lovato joined TOP Construction in December of 2006 as Business Development and Marketing Director. With expertise in Insurance Restoration, Halley has succesfully handled millions of dollars of storm damage claims on behalf of property owners, managers and insurance companies.  Since Hurricane Ivan hit in 2004, he has focused on helping friends and neighbors rebuild and repair their damaged homes and to fairly resolve their insurance claims.

Mr. Lovato is an experienced and sought after expert witness and damage consultant on behalf of plaintiff’s attorneys and homeowners and has served as "Appraiser" for insurance claims involving many millions of dollars. 

Damian Schrey is the Senior Residential Designer for T.O.P. Construction. Working closely with homeowners, architects and project managers, Damian is the liason between concept and construction. Attentively working with homeowners to coordinate needs, lifestyle and budget, Damian is the person directly responsible for turning good ideas into functional plans. Once the plans are set, Damian continues to work with homeowners, project managers and sub-contractors to ensure that the finished product suits the needs of our clients and will provide many years of enjoyment and a deep sense of pride in ownership.

Keith Elenz is the Building Superintendent for TOP Construction. Keith is the man on the scene and is the direct link between plan and execution. Overseeing the day to day details of our projects, Keith demands the highest quality work from our sub-contractors and ensures that jobs proceed in an orderly and efficient manner.

Keith is our "how high guy" and is an invaluable part of the TOP Construction team. From verifying the quantity and quality of components to overseeing the various subs involved in each job, Keith Elenz is on site and on your side!

Previously,Keith was employed with Atlantic Marine as a First Class, X-Ray Certified Welder and First Class Fitter in Mobile, Alabama and Biloxi, Mississippi from 1991 to 2002. In 2002, Keith joined T.O.P. Concrete Construction, Inc. as a lead superintendent.
